"This sparked an online conversation about how difficult it is for women to be heard, how often they are talked over, and how often their ideas are ignored until a man proposes the very same idea! This got me thinking about creating a space where women get to set the agenda and can be heard, uninterrupted," says Sue. And thus, I'm Speaking Podcast was born!
