COMMENTS:
- Your presentation was the best of the conference. In fact, I think it's the best PD I've had in the past three years. (EA Conference, Red Deer)
- I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and will pass on Mrs. Huff’s information to my school principal - I would love to have Mrs. Huff present at our school. (ERLC comment)
- I think Sue is a genuine person and her own hands-on experience, and not being a clinical professional, adds credibility to her presentation.
- I have so much more to learn. This seems simple and effective and I will certainly will give it a try.
- As a high school student, I was the youngest one here. My friend group is quite close knitted and I feel like we need to know how to support each other. I never had the confidence to be the person to console or help someone who was going through something, but I know now I can. I'm aiming to be a teacher in the future so this seminar was very relevant to my career. Thank you so much!
- I learned that I need to de-escalate emotions before trying to problem solve and set boundaries as my son likely "turtles" and doesn't actually hear me and shuts down with my previous approach.
- Thanks. Your personal touch helps us better understand.
